Republican 3rd district candidate Greg Hayes is recovering from an accident at his home.
A representative from Hayes’ campaign team said the candidate fell through his deck on Thursday morning following Wednesday night’s storms.
Hayes sustained non-life-threatening injuries and is being treated at a local hospital. He will follow up with a short program of rehab.
Hayes expressed gratitude to his supporters for making him the write-in candidate for 3rd district during the primaries.
