Erie Police say a brand new cruiser was involved in a crash last night.
Police say the accident happened around 11:30 at 23rd and Liberty. a black Audi, which was westbound on 23rd, ran a stop sign and collided with the police vehicle.
Police say The Audi then spun out, and struck a parked Buick.
Both drivers were taken to the hospital.
