Last night’s powerful winds caused six parasailing vessels to capsize on Presque Isle bay last night.
Around 7:15, Erie firefighters were called to the scene, after three vessels had reportedly capsized. Erie County 911, however, says a total of six vessels were involved.
15 people were pulled from the bay; eight were already on shore when the fire department arrived.
The Coast Guard says the other seven were onboard other boats.
No injuries were reported.
