Pennsylvania State Police are investigating an accident in north east last night during which a tractor trailer left I-90 and went down a ravine.
Police say it happened around 9 pm near the New York state line. the rig was eastbound when the driver lost control, crossed the westbound lanes of the interstate near gay road, and left the north side of I-90.
Multiple emergency crews responded to the scene. There were no reports of injuries
State police had to shut down traffic on the interstate to allow a tow truck to pull rig out.
The investigation continues.
