This week is national farmer’s market week, and Erie’s latest farmer’s market was up and running Monday.
Erie's Little Italy Farmers Market will be in operation Every Monday in the 300 block of West 18th Street. Erie Mayor Joe Schember was at the market Monday afternoon to show his support.
Around eight to ten vendors will be at the market each week, selling a variety of produce and flowers.
The Little Italy Farmers Market will be open from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. every Monday afternoon until the end of September.
