Erie County Coroner Lyell Cook has identified the two men killed in a Monday night shooting on East 7th street.
34 year old Donta Carson died from a gunshot wound to head; 29 year old Deltwan Keyes died from gunshot wounds to the torso.
Both deaths have been ruled as homicides.
A third shooting victim was taken to the hospital for treatment of gunshot wounds.
