Erie City Council today is expected to schedule an online public hearing on zoning ordinance amendments affecting after-hours clubs in the city.
Council has already approved new rules requiring that after-hours clubs operating within the city must be licensed and inspected for safety each year.
The amendments to those rules update the definitions of terms like “bottle clubs,” “eating and drinking establishments” and “commercial recreation” facility.
Today’s council meeting will take place via videoconference.
