Erie Police are investigating a reported shots fired incident at an elementary school playground.
A 19-year old man told police says he was approached by two men in the playground at Perry Elementary School on West 29th street.
The suspects reportedly told him to empty his pockets. the victim told them he didn’t have anything, and they reportedly fired a shot in the air.
Police recovered a live round and a shell casing at the scene.
