Mail In Ballots Could Arrive As Early As Next Week

If you applied for a mail-in ballot, you may receive one as early as next week.

The State Supreme Court ruled Thursday that the PA Green Party's candidate for president did not strictly follow procedures for getting on Pennsylvania's ballot in the November election and cannot appear on it.

The resolution of the case is the last thing holding up counties from getting ballots printed and mailed to registered voters who have applied for one.

Members of the Erie county board of elections voted unanimously to approve the ballot Thursday, meaning the printing company hired by the county can start printing ballots.
