A weekend crash in warren county took the life of a motorcyclist.
State police say the accident happened just before 11 pm Saturday in Brokenstraw Township. 29 year old Zachary Mclaughlin of Youngsville was headed west on Matthew’s Run Road when his bike struck a “road closed” sign, then a paving vehicle.
Police say McLaughlin was ejected from the motorcycle. He was not wearing a helmet and pronounced dead at the scene.
State Police indicated driving under the influence may have played a role in the crash.
