An Erie man, charged with running a large meth trafficking operation out of Erie, has apprehended in Arizona
U.S. Marshals in Phoenix arrested 53 year old Manuel Lucero in Tempe, after receiving a tip on his location from the U.S. Marshals Western Pennsylvania Fugitive Task Force in Erie.
Lucero was one of 20 people charged federally with allegedly operating two separate methamphetamine-trafficking rings in Warren, Erie and Crawford counties.
