McDowell High School and McDowell Intermediate will be moving to full virtual classes today through the 12th of October.
The move was announced by Millcreek superintendent Dr. Ian Roberts in a letter to families Thursday.
The change comes in the wake of the discovery of 7 positive cases at the high school/intermediate high school campus.
The letter says during this period, students are not permitted back into the school buildings. All extracurricular activities and athletics hosted at this building will be canceled during the temporary closure.
In-person classes will resume October 13th.
