An equipment failure at a data center managed by Unisys is experiencing an outage of many online services from the pa department of state.
The data center manages the commonwealth and commonwealth agencies including the Department of State.
The Pennsylvania Department of State says applications relating to the election and professional licensing, as well as online voter registration and applications for mail-in ballots, are among the services being affected.
