A man is headed to prison in connection with a fatal stabbing in Millcreek four years ago.
43 year old Joseph Oberlander was convicted of stabbing 42-year-old john trusty at the Granada apartments in December of 2016.
Judge Joseph Walsh accepted Oberlander’s guilty plea of third-degree murder and sentenced him to ten to twenty years in state prison.
The case had been delayed numerous times due to psychiatric evaluations on Oberlander.
