PA State Police Trying to Locate 6 Year Old Girl Taken at Area Store

Pennsylvania State Police investigators are trying to locate a 6-year-old girl who was reportedly taken by the child's mother from a store in the Summit Towne Center over the weekend.

Police say Anoliah Shannon’s mother, Twanna Shannon, does not have legal custody of the child and has refused to divulge the child's location.

The girl’s father missing after he said they were out shopping in the Summit Towne Center, in the 7200 block of Peach Street, on Saturday and the child wandered off.

State Police have charged Twanna Shannon with a first-degree felony count of kidnapping of a minor and a third-degree felony count of interference with the custody of children.
