Erie County President Judge John Trucilla has announced the postponement of all criminal and civil jury trials until next year.
Judge Trucilla says the decision to postpone was agreed on by several departments from the District Attorney to the Public Defender’s office, citing concerns over the surging number of covid-19 cases.
as of now, jury trials are slated to resume on January 4th of next year.
