One person had to be freed from his vehcile after his car slammed into a tree in North East last night.
Police say it happened in the 10 thousand block of East Lake Road in North East just after 6:00 p.m.
The driver was taken to the hospital, with injuries that resulted in a partial amputation of his foot.
No word on what may have caused the accident.
