Erie County Coroner Lyell Cook has identified the body of a man found over the weekend in the water at the foot of Holland Street.
71-year old Jorge Torres of Erie was pronounced dead Saturday.
According to Cook, there were no signs of trauma or foul play on the body of 71 year old Jorge Torres. Cook says the death is believed to be accidental, although the investigation continues.
Torres' family says he went out to do some shopping on Friday night. when he didn't return, they filed a missing persons report.
