Erie Police continue to investigate a weekend shooting incident that left a teenage boy wounded and an occupied vehicle damaged.
Police say just after 11 pm, Saturday, officers were called to the east 10th and Hess area. A woman told police she was sitting in her vehicle when a suspect pulled up, threatened her, then fired four to five rounds before driving away.
Then just after midnight, Erie police officers who were at Saint Vincent Hospital were notified that a shooting victim had been brought into the emergency room. The victim was a 14-year-old boy who had been shot in the stomach.
