President Trump Gets Tough on International Gangs

Last weekend, Judge James Boasberg issued a temporary restraining order that prevents the Trump administration from using the Alien Enemies Act for deportations. The circuit court ruled against the administration, which claims there is an "invasion" that would allow them to enforce the act. As a result, Judge Boasberg's order remains in effect. FOX News Sunday anchor Shannon Bream joins us to discuss the legal issues surrounding the Alien Enemies Act and the recent fallout over the Signal chat leak. The genetic testing company 23andMe has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy amid financial struggles. Over nearly twenty years, millions of customers used the company’s DNA-based ancestry test kit, giving them a lot of personal information. Now that the company's future is in limbo, there are questions about who will have control of that data. Thousands of Palestinians took to the streets of Gaza this week demanding an end to the war and also protesting the Hamas terror group calling for their ouster. It is a rare and dangerous display for Palestinians who were heard chanting "Down with Hamas" as Hamas has violently cracked down on any previous protests. Many are asking if this could be the start of the end of Hamas rule in Gaza. FOX’s Eben Brown speaks with Lt. Col. (Ret.) Jonathan Conricus, senior fellow at FDD focused on the Middle East. He served in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) for 24 years as a combat commander in Lebanon and the Gaza Strip, who says these protests could very well be a change in Gaza but the true impact will take some time. Senator Marshall On Universities' Dangerous Tilt: 'Faculty Are Teaching Hate & It's Wrong'

Last spring's anti-Israel protests have evolved into anti-Trump demonstrations, particularly at Columbia University in New York City. Students are frustrated with President Donald Trump's proposal to reduce federal funding for the school. Senator Roger Marshall joins the Rundown to preview Thursday's Senate hearing on disruptions related to anti-Israel sentiments on campus. In Texas, their state legislature is taking “Make America Healthy Again” seriously with their Senate Bill 379, which would kick junk food and sweetened beverages out of the food stamp program, SNAP (the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program). The United States says it has brokered a tentative deal for Ukraine and Russia to stop fighting in the Black Sea to ensure safe navigation for commercial shopping in the waterway. The deal wrapped up days of negotiations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia that have were working towards a concrete overall ceasefire deal. Meanwhile, French President Emmanuel Macron, following a meeting with President Zelenskyy, proposed European nations put together an armed force for possible deployment in Ukraine. The Republicans Want To Reign In "Rogue" Judges

After the Trump administration ordered the deportation of alleged Venezuelan gang members to a prison in El Salvador, the move is now being challenged by the U.S. Court of Appeals. President Trump and his team argued this move is legal under the Alien Enemies Act; however, a U.S. District Judge issued an order blocking the government from using this for deportations, setting the stage for a legal battle ahead. Most people believe that owning a home is key to the American Dream; almost 84 percent of home buyers and over half of renters agree on this in the latest Angi American Dream Survey.
